Is Zone01 Oujda free?
Zone01 Oujda states that there are no tuition fees and that the 24-month training is tuition-free.[1]
Do I need a degree or coding experience?
No. Zone01 Oujda states that no prior coding experience or degree is required.[1]
How do I apply?
Register on learn.zone01oujda.ma, complete the online cognitive games (about 90 minutes), attend the check-in event if invited, then complete the four-week Piscine on site.[2]
What if I fail the online games?
The official platform says that if your result isn’t successful you have two more tries.[2]
How long is the Piscine?
Four weeks, on site in Oujda, according to the official platform.[2]
How long is the training and what comes after?
A 24-month on-campus programme (an 18-month core plus a six-month branch). The official site states that a pre-signed three-year job contract starts after the training.[1]
Is there a diploma at the end?
Zone01 Dakar states that its programme does not lead to a state diploma or certificate. Ask Zone01 Oujda about its own programme.[3]
Can I work while training?
Zone01 Dakar says the programme is not compatible with a full-time job. Check with Zone01 Oujda for its own rules.[3]
Which languages will I learn?
Zone01 Dakar cites Go, JavaScript and Rust as the main languages of the first 18 months; 01Talent also lists Python, React, Docker and PostgreSQL among its engineers’ skills.[3][4]
Where can I read the project subjects?
Many 01Edu subjects are public in the 01-edu/public repository on GitHub.[5]
Is z01oujda (01profile) the official Zone01 platform?
No. z01oujda is an independent community project. The official platform is learn.zone01oujda.ma.
